This was a transformative, transporting, healing, healthy and incredibly helpful experience. I feel so lucky to have had the chance to participate. Everyone and anyone could benefit from this. Jen is an extraordinary talent. Her training and passion make you feel so safe so you can give yourself over to the experience. I learned and healed. Excited to do it again. Thank you thank you thank you.

I’ve done years of talking things through, but this was the first time I actually felt the shift in my body. The combination of movement, breath, and guidance helped me release things I didn’t even know I was holding. It was honest, grounding, and incredibly effective.

An unbelievable experience. Jenny is the real thing, and a session with her is such an amazing reframe. I love her style and her preternatural ability to get me to slow down and listen to myself.

It’s been a huge difference because I’m not just reacting to what’s happening in my world anymore. I feel it. I’m doing it, and I’m not scared to do it.
